Confocal Laser scanning microscope was developed in the mid-1980s and widely used new technology, it is electronic camera and Laser and computer image processing and other modern high-tech means of penetration, and compared with the traditional optical microscope combined with the advanced analysis instrument of cell and molecular biology, more and more widely applied in the field of biology and medicine, etc, has become an essential tool for biomedical research. 

The single longitudinal mode 532nm laser is manufacture with good pointing stability at less than 0.05 mrad and optional modulation mode such as TTL on/off modulation from 1Hz-1KHz, 1KHz-10KHz, 10KHz-30KHz and analog modulation.
